Order Processing Times

Thanks for shopping at Erectmed.We appreciate you support.
If you were not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at you earliest convivence. We would love to help

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 09h00 and 10h00.

  • Orders placed before 10h00 on a business day will be dispatched the same day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.

  • Order processing will only commence once a confirmed order and full payment have been received.

  • Due to high product demand and peak courier periods, processing may take 3–4 working days, excluding delivery time.

Weekends, Public Holidays & Cut-Off Times

  • Orders placed after 10h00, on Friday, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

  • Orders received after courier collection on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday, with delivery expected the following Monday.

  • Couriers do not collect or deliver on weekends or public holidays.


Packaging & Discretion

Your privacy is our priority.

  • Parcels are shipped in plain cardboard boxes with no branding or product identifiers.

  • Waybills are discreet and do not reference Erectmed. An alias sender name is used.

  • Bank Statements will reflect a neutral business name (e.g. “The Store”) and will not reference Erectmed.

Bottom line: Your delivery is completely private and confidential.


Delivery Method & Times

  • Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy and are made door-to-door.

  • Delivery hours are between 08h00 and 17h00 on business days.

  • If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact us in advance to make special arrangements.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your parcel is ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email (usually before 16h00).

  • Tracking information may take a few hours to update on the courier’s system. Please allow until approximately 18h00.

  • Orders placed over weekends or after 14h00 will only receive tracking on the next business day.

  • If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the revised dispatch date.

If your tracking number begins with TCG** or LOCK**, your order is shipped via The Courier Guy.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Gauteng: 2–3 business days

  • Major centres: 3–4 business days

  • Rural areas: Up to 7 business days (may involve third-party courier services)


Delivery Checks

  • Orders must be inspected upon delivery in the presence of the courier.

  • Any shortages or damages must be noted on the courier waybill at the time of delivery.

  • Failure to inspect and record issues may result in claims being forfeited.


Shipping Information Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • Erectmed will not be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Risk and ownership pass to the customer once the order leaves our premises.


Undelivered Packages

If a parcel is returned undelivered, we will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.


General Terms

  • Product images are a true representation of the items sold.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • All goods remain the property of Erectmed until paid for in full.

  • Stock reserved on an order is held for 48 hours.

  • Products are supplied strictly for personal use and not for resale.

  • Erectmed reserves the right to verify or reject misleading registrations or orders.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Cancellations

  • A 15% handling fee will apply to all cancellations submitted prior to dispatch. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • All additional shipping or delivery costs associated with returns or exchanges shall be the responsibility of the customer.


Payment Options & Pricing

  • Prices include the product cost plus applicable taxes and shipping charges.

  • Pricing may change without notice.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard via a secure payment gateway Yoco.

  • EFT / Direct Deposit: Use your unique order number as the payment reference.

  • Proof of payment must be emailed to order@erectmed.co.za to avoid delays.
